Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 breasts, cooked and uncooked chicken
  • 1 kilo poblano pepper
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 Nestle mmedia crema
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon

Preparation

In a pan put the butter and put to fry the chili (washed and deveined) and the onion both in julienne.
Put the cream cheese and the half cream in the blender, liquefy it with chicken broth, pour it into the pan with the chili and wait for it to cook for a while and add the breast and the corn.

PRESENTATION

To present it you can accompany it with a little white rice.

TIPS

If you want to put bacon, for this recipe when frying the chili and onion, you can put 200 gr. of bacon and follow the same procedure.
