Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 on of Knorr® Mi Arroz® White rice seasoning mix
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 8 chicken wings clean
  • 1 1/2 cups of rice raw, long grain, washed
  • 2 3/4 cups of Water
  • 1 guajillo chili cut into rings
  • 2 cloves of garlic sliced

Preparation

Fry the wings in 1 tablespoon of oil until they take color.
Reserve them in a container. Sauté the garlic with the guajllo chile for 1 minute. Reserve.
In the same pot, follow the directions of the package and fry the rice with the 3 tablespoons of remaining oil.
Once the rice grains separate and are golden brown add Knorr® MiArroz® White seasoning for rice and water.
Let the water boil, reduce the heat and add the wings. Cover and allow the water to be completely consumed.
Serve a portion of rice with wings and sprinkle with garlic and guajillo.

TIPS
