Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® Mi Arroz® White Rice Seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 8 chicken wings, clean
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, raw, long grain, washed
  • 2 3/4 cups water
  • 1 guajillo chile, cut into rings
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced

Preparation

Sauté the wings in 1 tablespoon of oil until they take color.
Reserve them in a container. Sauté the garlic with the guajllo chili for 1 minute. Reserve.
In the same pot, follow the directions on the package and fry the rice with the remaining 3 tablespoons of oil.
Once the rice grains separate and are lightly golden, add Knorr® MiArroz® Blanco rice seasoning and water.
Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and add the wings. Cover and allow the water to drain completely.
Serve a portion of rice with wings and sprinkle the garlic and guajillo.

TIPS
