Ingredients

1 serving
  • 300 grams of green tomato
  • 100 grams of White onion
  • 50 grams of garlic
  • 100 grams of jalapeño green
  • coriander
  • 200 grams of light cream cheese
  • 100 grams of chicken breast shredded and cooked
  • 4 Corn tortillas
  • 200 grams of Manchego cheese grated

    Preparation

    Boil the tomato, garlic, onion and jalapeños. Once cooked liquefy them with cilantro and cream cheese.
    Fry the tortillas for two minutes, when fried, fill them with chicken and roll them up.
    Place the tacos in a mold and pour the sauce, place the grated Manchego cheese on top and bake the dish until it is au gratin.

    Suena muy bien solo que las tortillas no hay que freírlas dos minutos solo pasarlas por aceite caliente a que se suavicen para hacer los tacos
