Cut the onions into rings, sauté until softened, add the chopped sausage into small pieces and fry well. Remove excess fat and add the roasted tomatoes, without skins, seeds and tomatoes ground with half the chiles, stir and cook for 10 minutes.
Incorporate the boiled and shredded pork, the tablespoons of broth, the potatoes cooked hard in cubes and move well and let cook a little more. Remove and serve garnished with avocado slices. Assemble the tacos with the hot tortillas and enjoy.
