Delicious and very Mexican mixiote of chicken with achiote, seasoned with Knorr Mi Pollo al Horno.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® Onion and Garlic Seasoning
  • 1/2 kilos boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 sticks achiote
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 guajillo chili
  • 100 grams avocado, its leaves (optional)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Put the chicken in the baking bag from Knorr's envelope. Baked chicken, pour the seasoning powder "My chicken baked garlic and onion", cover with the avocado leaves and bake for 20 minutes.
While boiling the guajillo chili and once it has softened, blend with the orange juice and the achiote.
Once the chicken is ready, wait 10 minutes for it to cool and crumble, keeping the avocado leaves in the chicken.
Pour the achiote mixture over the chicken and leave to marinate for 2 hours, wrap in the mixiote leaf and heat in a bain-marie or in a steamer for 15 or 20 minutes approximately.

TIPS

Delicious with tortillas! and you can accompany it with white rice, guacamole and beans. If you do not get leaves for mixiote, you can use aluminum foil or banana leaf.
