Mixiote is a very rich and nutritious economic dish for the whole family. Easy to cook. In addition to the ingredients with which it is made, they are very nutritious.

Ingredients

Preparation

Prepare the steamer to place the mixiotes.
Prepare the sauce for the mixiotes, add the guajillo chiles in a little water and bring to a boil. Since they are soft, blend them with garlic, cumin, pepper and salt.
In a dish place the nopales, xoconostles, cilantro, onion, bacon, chorizo and the chicken and empty the sauce, incorporate all the ingredients.
Once they are fully incorporated, take the pieces of aluminum foil and place a piece of chicken with nopales.
Take the mixiotes in the steamer.
Cook for 30 min. about and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Open the wallpaper, empty it on a plate and place some fresh coriander leaves to decorate.

TIPS

You can place chopped morita chili in case you like spicy (it is stirred with all the preparation). Instead of chicken pieces you can substitute for pork ribs. To remove the bones from the xoconostle it is recommended after peeling them, cut them in half and remove them with a spoon.
