Ingredients

5 servings
  • 600 grams of chicken breast in cubes
  • 200 grams of penne type pasta
  • 200 grams of Dehydrated tomatoes previously drained
  • 400 milliliters of sour cream
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 300 grams of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • to taste of basil finely chopped
  • to taste of paprika
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • enough of oil

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve.
    In a pan with a little oil, sauté the chopped garlic and the dehydrated tomatoes over high heat, until they are lightly browned. Remove from heat and reserve.
    Then, in the same pan, fry the chicken breast with salt, pepper and paprika to taste, stirring constantly until well cooked.
    Chop the dehydrated tomatoes and when the breast is cooked, add them to the pan.
    Next, add the sour cream and milk, continuously stirring to integrate the ingredients. After two minutes add the grated mozzarella cheese and continue moving so that the cheese melts and get a creamy mixture.
    Finally add the quill dough that you reserve, mix well and sprinkle basil to taste.

    TIPS

    If you want your recipe to be more creamy you can add more cream or milk; And if, on the other hand, you do not want so many dairy products, you can use the water where you drank the pasta instead of the milk.
