This delicious Chicken Wrap is the perfect recipe for your children's lunch. It is very easy to cook and it is a lunch option that is not a sandwich. For this recipe you need easy-to-get ingredients and you can prepare it in an emergency when you do not know what to cook.

For this Chicken Wrap you can use the ingredients that you like, and add more vegetables to make it a healthy lunch. Do not complicate and give your children a Nutritious and Quick Lunch.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 piece of chicken breast roasted cut into strips
  • 4 slices of Avocado from Mexico
  • 4 slices of beefsteak tomato roast
  • 2 slices of Panela cheese roast
  • 10 grams of spinach clean and disinfected
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 4 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar or the one you prefer
  • Salt and pepper, quantity needed
  • 2 pieces of flour tortillas large (for burrito)
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 2 leaves of lettuce washed and deinfected

    Preparation

    In one of the flour tortillas, place the moztaza, add half of the roasted breast, 2 slices of avocado, 2 of tomato, 2 strips of roasted panela cheese, half of the spinach, and a lettuce leaf. Season with salt and pepper.
    Roll the tortilla well as a taquito, put on a hot plate to grille the tortilla and heat the ingredients
    Cut in half and season with a little olive oil and vinegar.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with a glass of natural fruit water and a portion of your favorite cereal.

    TIPS

    You can add spicy if you wish.
