Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, roasted cut into strips
  • 4 slices Avocado from Mexico
  • 4 slices beefsteak tomato, roast
  • 2 slices panela cheese, roast
  • 10 grams spinach, clean and disinfected
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or the one you prefer
  • salt, and pepper, quantity needed
  • 2 flour tortillas, large (for burrito)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 leaves lettuce, washed and deinfected

Preparation

In one of the flour tortillas, place the moztaza, add half of the roasted breast, 2 slices of avocado, 2 of tomato, 2 strips of roasted panela cheese, half of the spinach, and a lettuce leaf. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll the tortilla well as a taquito, put on a hot plate to grille the tortilla and heat the ingredients
Cut in half and season with a little olive oil and vinegar.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a glass of natural fruit water and a portion of your favorite cereal.

TIPS

You can add spicy if you wish.
