This chicken is an excellent option for people who like to cook fast, rich and different. You can have a variation by prepping the chicken but this will add more calories, so if you do it to the letter your chicken will not have so many calories and it will be a good option for children to eat and learn a little about oriental cuisine.

  • 1 chicken breast, boned and diced
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 onions, in squares
  • 3 ketchup
  • 1 chipotle chile, in squares
  • pineapples in syrup, in squares
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 sesame oils
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • orange peel, in juliana
