Prepare the richest milanesas with this parmesan chicken milanesa recipe, you just need to add a bit of Parmiggiano cheese to your favorite Milanese recipe to surprise kids and adults.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 cups Water
  • 4 boneless chicken breast, breaded
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups olive oil

Preparation

Boil the tomatoes, onion and garlic with the water and season with the cubes of Knorr® Switzerland Crumbled Chicken Broth and a toqeu of olive oil. Blend and strain.
Fry the breasts breaded in plenty of hot oil until golden brown. Remove.
Bat the milanesas with the sauce and sprinkle over the grated Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

You can add a little cream to the sauce to give it a different touch.
