This pasta with chicken is a complete meal very easy to make and an ideal lunch to take to work. This chicken pasta recipe has all the food groups, it is a balanced meal and you can prepare it to store and have food ready for several days.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough Water, hot to cook the pasta
  • to taste salt, to cook the pasta
  • 3 cups fusilli pasta, you can also use whole wheat pasta
  • enough Italian dressing, to grill
  • 2 cups pumpkin, in halves
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, in squares
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomato, halved matches
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

In a pot of hot water, add enough salt and the pasta; cook for 8 minutes. Strain and reserve.
Varnish the squash with Italian dressing, salt and pepper; roast for 5 minutes. Do the same with the yellow peppers.
Varnish the chicken with Italian dressing, season with salt and pepper; roast for 15 minutes. Cut into slices and reserve.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter, fry the garlic, the cooked pasta, the cherry tomato, the zucchini, the yellow peppers, the oregano for 5 minutes; Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the pasta in a take out container and add the chicken slices.

TIPS

To cook the pasta, add enough salt; once drained, you can add olive oil while you use it again.
