Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups black bean, cooked for salad
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, Persian fan, for salad
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, in quarters for the salad
  • 1/4 red onions, in sheets for salad
  • 2 tablespoons chili flake, for the salad
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped for the salad
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, for the salad
  • to taste salt, for the salad
  • to taste black pepper, for the salad
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the chicken
  • to taste oregano, for the chicken
  • to taste salt, for the chicken
  • to taste black pepper, for the chicken
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 bag Spring Mix Provence EVA®, 200 grams
  • enough avocado, in sheets to accompany
  • enough fresh coriander, (leaves) to accompany

Preparation

In a bowl mix the beans, cucumber, cherry tomato, purple onion, chili flakes, cilantro and lemon juice until completely incorporated; Season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
For the chicken, on a hot grill pour olive oil, place the chicken and season with oregano, salt and pepper; cook for 15 minutes, cut into strips and reserve.
Heat the pita bread in a hot pan. On the pita bread place the Spring Mix Provence EVA® add the bean salad and the grilled chicken; Accompany with avocado and coriander leaves. Enjoy

TIPS
