  • 1 package boneless chicken breast, strips of cooked chicken, fajita style, frozen
  • 1 zucchini, girl, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
  • 1 green onion, girl, sliced
  • 1/2 green bell peppers, medium, finely sliced
  • 1 package corn grain, whole frozen
  • 1 red tomato, big, chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno Peppers, seedless, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
  • 4 pita breads, whole wheat, cut in half to form bags

Preparation

Cook the chicken in the microwave, as indicated in the package until the chicken juice no longer has a pink color, by cutting the center of the thickest part.

Fill each half of Arabic bread with two-thirds cup of the chicken and vegetable mixture.
