These empanadas are delicious to share with the family, as it is a light option for dinner. Chicken poblano empanada recipe.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cups chicken breast, shredded prepared with Knorr My Baked Chicken
  • 4 tablespoons corn grain
  • 1.2 kilos poblano pepper slice, roasted and skinless
  • 1 egg yolk, whipped with 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon milk, to beat the yolks

Preparation

In a bowl mix the shredded chicken with the mayonnaise, corn kernels and poblano.
Place a little of the filling in the center of the pie disc.
Close by pressing the edges with a fork.
Varnish the top with the egg and bake for 15 min. at 180 ° C, they should look golden brown.

PRESENTATION

Serve warm, it is a light option for dinner.
