Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium-high heat for 2 min. Add the chicken; cook it by stirring 5 min. or until it is golden. Incorporate corn, beans and sauce. Cook over medium heat 5 min. or until the juices have almost evaporated. Remove the pan from the fire.
Cover each tortilla with the chicken and cheese mixture. Fold it in half.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the quesadillas; Cook them in batches, 2 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
