This traditional Mexican dish will delight you for its exquisite taste of chicken, you can enjoy it at any time, besides being very easy to prepare, accompanied with toast, cream and radishes.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 grams of hominy precooked
  • 1.5 kilos of chicken breast with bone and skin
  • 6 pieces of guajillo chili pepper
  • 2 cubes of Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 3 cups of Romaine lettuce cut into strips
  • 3 pieces of radish
  • 1/2 Cup of onion chopped
  • to taste of Dried oregano

    Preparation

    Cut the "little head" to each grain of corn to clean it; cook it with the chicken in enough water (3 liters approximately). Boil over medium heat for 1 hour or until the corn is well cooked and has "burst".
    Remove the chicken and shred it, continue cooking the corn on low heat.
    Boil the chiles for 10 minutes or until they are soft. Blend them with a little water and cubes of Knorr® Tomato Seasoning Tomato. Strain.
    Heat the oil and sauté the guajillo sauce over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Pour the sauce into the pot with the pozolero corn and let it boil for 10 more minutes.
    Serve some shredded chicken on each plate, add the pozole and accompany with lettuce, radishes, chopped onion and oregano.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with baked toast.
