You will not have to wait for a special occasion to prepare this delicious chicken in a coffee sauce, since preparing it is easier than you think, in just three steps it will be ready. Juice chicken with intense coffee flavor and creamy sauce is a success.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, without skin or bone, cut in halves
  • 1/8 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Jacobs® coffee
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons Jacobs® coffee
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste fresh oregano, at your service

Preparation

In a marine bowl the chicken with onion, garlic, echalotte, thyme, oregano, rosemary, olive oil, Jacobs® coffee, water, vinegar, soy sauce for 15 minutes.
In a pan melt the butter and cook the previously salted chicken, until it is well cooked and browned.
In a deep pan, cook the marinade with the chicken broth until it thickens. Add the whipping cream, nutmeg, Jacobs® coffee and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the previously cooked chicken to the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve and decorate with fresh oregano.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot on a plate and garnish with fresh oregano.

TIPS

You can do it with the pieces of chicken that you like the most, it will be delicious.
