Preparation
In a marine bowl the chicken with onion, garlic, echalotte, thyme, oregano, rosemary, olive oil, Jacobs® coffee, water, vinegar, soy sauce for 15 minutes.
In a pan melt the butter and cook the previously salted chicken, until it is well cooked and browned.
In a deep pan, cook the marinade with the chicken broth until it thickens. Add the whipping cream, nutmeg, Jacobs® coffee and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the previously cooked chicken to the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve and decorate with fresh oregano.
