Stuffed Breast of Rajas in Pumpkin Flower Sauce

  • 2 chicken breasts, flattened
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 cups squash blossom, clean
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Sal Sol®

Es muchísima crema de flor de calabaza para la porción que ponen en el video al servir el platillo, yo hice con las cantidades que indican y me sobró demasiado aún bañando las pechugas... Pero sí queda buenísimo! Yo tampoco tengo horno y las puse en un sartén como 10 mnts
