  • 2 pieces of chicken breast flattened
  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese shredding
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 cups of squash blossom clean
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of Sea Salt Sal Sol®
  • to taste of squash blossom to decorate
  • to taste of Salad or rice, to accompany

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and fry the garlic with the onion, the slices, fresh epazote, the corn, season with Sal Sol Sea Salt to your liking. Reserve the fill.
