Delicious snack with puff pastry accompanied by shredded chicken, goat cheese and Manchego cheese. Very appropriate and recommended for meetings with the family, as they will enjoy it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 650 grams of puff pastry
  • 1/2 chicken Cooked
  • 4 spoonfuls of cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 grams of goat cheese
  • 250 grams of Manchego cheese
  • 1 egg
  • flours

    Preparation

    Crumble the cooked chicken and place in a bowl.
    Put the tablespoons of cream in the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
    Flour the work table and with a rolling pin, stretch the pastry dough until it is thin, trying to form a large square.
    Divide the square into three parts to get three rolls.
    In each of the divisions or rectangles formed, add along, pieces of goat cheese, chicken stew and Manchego cheese, until it is full.
    Beat an egg with a fork and put with a brush in all the ends of the divisions (rectangles).
    Close the roll placing on one end, a part of the other end of the rectangle, and with the help of a fork, press with the pegs until it is well closed. This will help to avoid spilling the filling and to see a better presentation. Place in a previously greased tray.
    Put in the oven at 200ºC for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown rolls.
    Cool and divide the rolls into several pieces diagonally.
    Serve preferably hot.

    PRESENTATION

    Put the pieces in a tray wrapped with aluminum or in individual plates serve the portion.

    TIPS

    Do not split the roll before baking, as the filling will come out and the cheese will remain in the tray. It can be served with a tomato sauce to increase the flavor.
