Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 chicken breasts, ready to fill
  • 1 cup goat cheese, Natural (2 tablespoons per chicken breast)
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups orange juice, (hibiscus sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch, (hibiscus sauce)
  • 2 twigs fresh thyme, (hibiscus sauce)
  • 2 cups flower, of fresh hibiscus (hibiscus sauce)
  • 1/4 cups Splenda, Granulated (hibiscus sauce)

Preparation

Stuff the chicken breasts with the goat cheese seasoned with salt and pepper.
Brown the chicken breasts in a pan to cook them.
Keep them warm.
Preparation of hibiscus sauce: Place the orange juice in a saucepan and dissolve the corn starch.
Add thyme, hibiscus flowers and SPLENDA® Granulate.
Boil until it acquires the consistency of a light honey.
