Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo rosemary
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 nopales, cooked and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 400 grams mass, prepared
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon

Preparation

Clean the romeritos removing the thickest stems and wash them with plenty of cold water. In a pot with boiling water and a little salt, cook the romeritos for 15 minutes and drain
Cook the nopales for 15 minutes in boiling water and rinse with cold water
Fry the onion until it hits. add the romeritos and nopales cooked. Season with chicken powder and after a few minutes remove from heat
Season the breasts with salt and place a little of the preparation, roll and stick a toothpick so that they do not fall apart
Heat oil in a pan and fry the breasts on all sides. Warm up the mole while doing this.

PRESENTATION

Serve the breasts bathed in the mole.
