Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped
  • 3 cups of spinach frozen
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 4 pieces of Chicken Milanese
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 2 cups of Bimbo® Italian Style Breader
  • enough of spray oil
  • enough of tomato sauce at your service

    Preparation

    Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, cook the onion until it is shiny, add the spinach, add the cream cheese and cook until it melts. Season to your liking with salt and pepper, cool.
    Fill the milanesas with the previous preparation and wrap like a roll. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
    In a bowl place the eggs and whisk with the milk, dip the chicken slices and cover with the Bimbo® Italian style.
    Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil and fry the milanesas, remove from the frying and place on an absorbent paper. Remove the chopsticks, cut into slices and serve with tomato sauce.
