4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups spinach, frozen
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups Bimbo® Bread Crumbs Italian Style
  • enough cooking spray oil
  • enough tomato sauce, to serve


Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, cook the onion until it is shiny, add the spinach, add the cream cheese and cook until it melts. Season to your liking with salt and pepper, cool.
Fill the chicken breasts with the previous preparation and wrap like a roll. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
In a bowl, place the eggs and beat with the milk, submerge the chicken breasts and cover with the Italian style breader.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil and fry the chicken breasts, remove from the frying and place on an absorbent paper. Remove the chopsticks, cut into slices and serve with tomato sauce.


Serve the chicken accompanied with tomato sauce.


It is important that you cool the filling before making the rolls so that it doesn't spill when you are making them.
