For a special occasion or for any type of meeting, this recipe for chicken Milanese stuffed with spinach and cheese will be an excellent idea. Preparing it is simple and will be very well accompanied by mashed potatoes. This stuffed chicken also has peppers, cream and roasting cheese, so the combination of flavors will be something that your palate has to try. You can wrap the chicken rolls in non-stick plastic and refrigerate them for a few minutes before baking, so they won't lose their shape.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/2 cups red pepper
  • 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cups asadero cheese, grated
  • 2 chicken milanesa (breaded) , big
  • cambray potatoes

Preparation

Heat the butter in a pan, add the onion, garlic, peppers, spinach, roasting cheese and cook for 10 minutes. Reservation.
On a table place a sheet of aluminum foil, then the milanesa and season, fill with the spinach, roll and close with the help of chopsticks.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked.
Cut on a sliced board.
Serve and accompany with potatoes. Enjoy
