Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, in flattened fillets
  • 2 apples, slices with shell and without seeds
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 10 stems fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, piacada
  • 1 Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups coconut cream, or half cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons turmeric, or curry
  • olive oils
  • vegetable soups, or chicken
  • salt, to taste
  • parsley, very minced
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

FILLING: In a little oil, fry the chopped onion with the coriander stems (leave aside in a bowl), then fry with very little oil or roast the apple and pineapple slices until they change color, itch and they are placed in the container where the onion is and mixed with the cheese.
SAUCE: Fry a little of the onion after adding the broth, curry or turmeric and cream, season to taste with salt, pepper and parsley.
The breasts are peppered and stuffed with the fruits and the cheese are rolled and put in a pan with very little oil to be sealed, put in a baking dish, bathe the breasts with the sauce and baked at 170º during 15 min.
