Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 4 chicken breasts, in sheet
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons light cream
  • 200 grams panela cheese
  • cooking spray oils, necessary amount

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat water with a pinch of salt. Dip the spinach in the boiling water for about 3 minutes, then drain.
Sprinkle a little oil in a pan, sauté the onion and chopped garlic.
Add the cooked spinach and cook 2 minutes.
Add the cream, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 more minutes.
Season the chicken sauces with salt and pepper, fill with spinach and a little panela cheese.
Spray a little oil in a refractory and place the stuffed chicken sheets, bake 20 to 30 minutes until the sheets are cooked.
Serve with Tía Rosa® Precooked Tortillinas®.
