Ingredients

6 portions

  • turkey hams
  • mozzarella cheese, or cream cheese
  • carrots, grated
  • 1 green bell pepper, julienned
  • 2 onions, julienned
  • 3 eggs, Lasted
  • salt, to taste
  • white peppers, to
  • garlic
  • parsley, chopped to taste
  • oils
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 pumpkins, peeled and cut all into 1 cm thick slices.

Preparation

Season the onion and bell pepper with a little oil.
Season the onion, bell peppers and green chili with a little oil.
Cook the eggs, peel them and reserve them.
Cut the ham and mozarella cheese into strips, set aside.
Fill the chicken with the ingredients mentioned above. Season the chicken. Wrap very tightly with plastic wrap, and later with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 180 ° C.
In a saucepan, arrange the following ingredients: onion, bell pepper in julienne strips, sweet potato, potatoes and the sliced pumpkin.

PRESENTATION
