A rich and different way of eating the same chicken breasts but with a sweet touch.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 50 milliliters oil, of your preference
  • 600 grams boneless chicken breast
  • 25 grams dried apricot, match in small cubes
  • 50 grams walnut, roughly
  • 25 grams prune, seedless, chopped into cubes
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Open the breasts and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the breasts with fruits and nuts, spread with oil and wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake at 200ºC for approximately 40 minutes.
Let cool a bit and slice.

PRESENTATION

You can bathe in the gravy of your preference although it is used with gravy for Christmas turkey.

TIPS

Chabacano jam can be used to save.
