Tacos delicious, soft, simple to prepare, you can do without spicy if you have kids at home or with a spicy touch if you prefer.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/2 chickens, cooked and shredded
  • 12 tortillas
  • 5 red tomatoes, cooked
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • cheeses, to melt
  • salt
  • liquid seasoning
  • black pepper

Preparation

Tacos rolled with chicken and placed in a baking dish.
We liquefy the cooked tomatoes without water, instead of this we add the cream, salt and seasoning, to have a cream not very liquid, at the end rectify of salt.
Strain the smoothie, and pour it over the taco of the bowl, add pepper and cheese.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is covered with aluminum foil.

PRESENTATION

Remove from the oven and serve accompanied by salad.

TIPS

If you want it to have a spicy touch, add chipotle or tree pepper when you liquefy tomato with the cream.
