Preparation
Mix half of the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% with tandoori spices.
Marinate the chicken for 6 hours in the sauce. This makes the chicken soften and taste better.
Bake the chicken in a refractory for 45 minutes at 350ºF.
Grate the cucumber and onion.
Mix with the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% remaining and add the cumin and mint to make the yoghurt sauce.
Serve the chicken with a Greek salad and the sauce.
