Preparation
The chicken is added the chicken powder and pepper and then it is flour and fried in safflower oil or the one of your preference.
In a pot with enough oil, fry the chicken until golden brown and leave it in absorbent towels to remove the oil and set aside.
In the blender add the onion, garlic, thyme and two tablespoons of all-purpose flour with a cup of liquid chicken broth and mix well.
Fry the mushrooms until they are softened and add the liquefied and refrigate very well until it thickens and the chicken is added to absorb the flavor.
Add the English sauce and the Maggi with the pepper, the chicken consome and the butter so that everything is integrated and the chicken is cooked.
This dish can be served with white rice or mashed potatoes.
