Ingredients

2 portions
  • 5 slices FUD® Roasted Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup rajas poblanas
  • 1/2 cups corn, yellow
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • enough salt and pepper
  • 4 corn tortilla chip
  • 1 cup lettuce, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons FUD® Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

On a cutting board cut the FUD® Roast Chicken Breast in strips. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic. Add the poblano rajas, the corn, the FUD® Roasted Chicken Breast, the cream, cook 3 minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place a bed of lettuce on each tostada, add the sliced stuffing and decorate with a little FUD® Grated Mozzarella Cheese. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Serve with chopped lettuce and Manchego type cheese.

TIPS

Add a bed of refried beans to the tostadas, to make them more consistent and rich tasting.
