Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1 kilo tomtato
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can chipotle chili, girl
  • 300 grams fresh cheese
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 liters Water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt, to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 package fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 2 avocados

Preparation

Wash onion, chicken and tomato.
In a large pot put the water, the chicken breast and a piece of onion (1/4) to cook about 20 minutes. We count the time when the water starts to boil.
Once the breast is cooked, we take it out of the water to cool it and crumble it into thin strips with our hands and keep it in a dish or bowl.
Chop our tomatoes and onions in small cubes, peel the garlic and also chop them into small pieces.
In a large and deep frying pan put the 2 tablespoons of oil light over medium heat and add the tomato, onion, garlic, chipotle peppers and chicken add a pinch of salt and season for 8 minutes.
We open our can of refried beans and put them to heat in a sarén with a little oil.
To present your dish, put 2 toast on a plate, with a spoon, add beans to taste and add to the toast. Then add the generated tinga, cheese and cream to taste. At that moment, add the avocado and add a couple of slices on each toast.

TIPS

You can save time while you cook the chicken and overtake by chopping the vegetables mentioned in the recipe. Instead of fresh cheese you can use panela or double-cream cheese.
