The macho chile is a Mexican dish that the whole family savors at family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 kilos ground beef, (one ground)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 375 grams pasilla chili pepper
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • eggs, hard

Preparation

Remove the chili pepper and boil it with onion and garlic.
Wait for it to cool a little and liquefy it.
In a saucepan with oil, fry the meat.
Put little chili and move for four minutes.
Add the rest of the chili and add salt to taste.
Add hard eggs already when serving.
