Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, clean
  • 400 grams sour cream
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chili
  • 3 potatoes, cut into strips
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Season the chicken fillet, cut it into small squares.
In a blender add the chiles and the cream until you have a homogenous mixture.
Add a little oil to a saucepan and start cooking the potatoes, then add the chicken.
When the chicken is already sealed, add the mixture of cream and chipotle, let it finish cooking and serve.
