Preparation
In a bowl, marinade the chicken with the olive oil, the Dijon mustard, the old mustard, the garlic powder and the pepper, around 15 minutes.
Once the time has passed, season with a little salt and cook in a pan over medium heat, until it is cooked. Cut into strips and reserve.
In a pot, boil the water and add salt. Cook the Moderna® elbow paste according to the package instructions, drain.
For the sauce, liquefy the milk with the cheese, garlic, onion, chipotle and oregano until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
Heat a deep skillet and melt the butter. Cook a sauce for a few minutes and add the spinach, let it boil, add the pasta and mix, season with salt and pepper.
Serve the pasta in a deep dish, add chicken strips, garnish with strips of Parmesan chicharrón and finish with fresh oregano leaves.
