The chop suey is a splendid recipe that you will love, I assure you. It is very simple and has a delicious combination of vegetables and proteins that will nourish your body.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of chicken breast
  • 1/2 kilo of Pork Meat
  • 1 Cup of shrimp
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Cup of zucchini
  • 1 Cup of broccoli
  • 1 Cup of cauliflower
  • 1 onion bighead
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot
  • 1 Cup of bean
  • 1 Cup of Bell pepper red, green and yellow
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 4 spoonfuls of margarine
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil

    Preparation

    Cut the meat into strips; like vegetables like carrots, zucchini, beans, broccoli and cauliflower.
    Bleach in water with sugar and salt, to help preserve all vegetables color.
    In a pan, sauté the pork first with a little garlic, olive oil and margarine for a few minutes and reserve.
    Cook the chicken and reserve. Saute the vegetables one by one with garlic, margarine and oil. Reservation.
    Mix the vegetables with the meats and cook with margarine; add the soy sauce, ginger. Cook a few minutes over low heat.
