Preparation
Cut the meat into strips; like vegetables like carrots, zucchini, beans, broccoli and cauliflower.
Bleach in water with sugar and salt, to help preserve all vegetables color.
In a pan, sauté the pork first with a little garlic, olive oil and margarine for a few minutes and reserve.
Cook the chicken and reserve. Saute the vegetables one by one with garlic, margarine and oil. Reservation.
Mix the vegetables with the meats and cook with margarine; add the soy sauce, ginger. Cook a few minutes over low heat.
