The puff pastry recipe and the loin are a very rich combination.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 400 grams of dried fruit chopped
  • 4 garlic chopped
  • 1 White onion chopped
  • 100 grams of nut chopped
  • 150 grams of raisin
  • 4 saladette tomatoes chopped
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 kilo of puff pastry
  • 1 kilo of pork tenderloin shredded

Preparation

In the olive oil sauté the onion when transparent add the garlic and the tomato.
When the juice is released, add the dried fruits, raisins and walnut.
Finally add the previously cooked and shredded loin.
Add salt to taste and let it season well, let cool.
On the other hand, spread the leafy pasta to make a roll which is filled with the preparation of the cold loin.
It is varnished with the beaten egg and baked for 25 min in a preheated oven at 170ºC

PRESENTATION

It is accompanied with a green spaghetti.

TIPS

If you want some variant in the flavor you can add chopped chipotle chile to the filling and give it a special touch.
