Preparation
In the olive oil sauté the onion when transparent add the garlic and the tomato.
When the juice is released, add the dried fruits, raisins and walnut.
Finally add the previously cooked and shredded loin.
Add salt to taste and let it season well, let cool.
On the other hand, spread the leafy pasta to make a roll which is filled with the preparation of the cold loin.
It is varnished with the beaten egg and baked for 25 min in a preheated oven at 170ºC
