Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180º C. Inject the turkey several hours before with the white wine.
Lightly roast the tomatoes and the seedless chilies. Remove the skin of the tomatoes and grind the two ingredients. Grate the onions and squeeze the garlic.
In a pot heat the olive oil, add the garlic and onions until they are fried.
