Preparation
In a large bowl we cook the pork and the bacon. After an hour, we change the water and let it cook for another hour. When changing the water, add the chickpeas.
When 20 minutes of cooking are missing, add the peeled potatoes and cut into pieces.
In another bowl, cook the grelos, previously scalded (submerged a few moments in boiling water to remove their strong smell), with the sausages.
Once the chorizos and the turnip greens are cooked, we separate them, and chop the chorizo into the chickpeas.
We fille the garlic and sauté it in oil. Once golden, add the grelos and a pinch of paprika.
It is served all together, except the turnip tops, which are served separately.
