Cordon Blue and Spinach Breasts

These breasts are ideal for lunchtime with its tasty filling of ham, cheese and spinach and its crunchy breaded will be the best option to enjoy as a family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon cube
  • 4 slices turkey ham
  • 4 slices Manchego cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked and cut
  • 1/2 cups Maizena® cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, smoothie
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons Margarine Primavera®

Preparation

Season each side with Milan Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
Place 1 slice of ham and 1 cheese in each milanesa, roll up (if necessary, secure with wooden chopsticks).
Pass each one through Maizena® Regular cornstarch, then through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs for breading.
Heat the Margarine Primavera® Cook with salt in a Teflon pan and cook over medium low heat, until golden, crispy and well cooked.
To serve.

TIPS

Accompany each breast with a green salad, prepare it by mixing sliced ​​and cooked pumpkins, diced potatoes and cooked chamomile onions. Season with a bit of apple vinegar and Korr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
