The corn is a basic ingredient in people's diet, try this recipe for corn pie with meat, you will not regret it!

Ingredients

0 portions
  • 6 corn, shelled
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Boil the corn and grind it in the blender with the milk.
In a frying pan, heat the oil, then add the onion.
Once the onion is cooked, add the ground beef and spices and salt until the meat is half cooked.
In a pyrex serve a layer of corn, one of meat, one of corn, one of meat. The top one will be corn and the sugar is sprinkled on top.
Baked at 200 degrees for half an hour.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a lettuce or tomato salad.

TIPS

Canned corn can be used although I like it better with natural corn.

preguntas me pregunto si se puede usar elote de lata, y a cual leche se refiere, y al final cuanta azucar porque no viene en los ingredientes....
