Preparation
Place the chicken in a container suitable for baking.
Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and orange juice.
Add the bay leaf and garlic. Cover with non-stick plastic paper and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
For the filling: Drain the liquid to the cottage cheese. Mix the ingredients of the filling in a refractory. Pepper.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and fill with the previous preparation.
Close with chopsticks and bring to a preheated oven at 200ºC (moderate temperature) for about an hour or until the chicken is browned and cooked but juicy.
