A saucer full of proteins and low in fat! A delicious chicken with a touch of lemon and orange, stuffed with cottage cheese and vegetables. Prepare it and try this rich and juicy baked chicken.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 whole chicken
  • to taste salt
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • 2 oranges, squeezed
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, LYNCOTT, (for the filling)
  • 2 carrots, grated girls (for the filling)
  • 200 grams pea, fresh or frozen (for filling)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for filling)
  • to taste dry pepper, Flakes to taste (for filling)
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Place the chicken in a container suitable for baking.
Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and orange juice.
Add the bay leaf and garlic. Cover with non-stick plastic paper and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
For the filling: Drain the liquid to the cottage cheese. Mix the ingredients of the filling in a refractory. Pepper.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and fill with the previous preparation.
Close with chopsticks and bring to a preheated oven at 200ºC (moderate temperature) for about an hour or until the chicken is browned and cooked but juicy.
