These Creamy Chicken Tacos are an easy and quick recipe to prepare any day of the week. You can serve them as breakfast or as a main meal and they will be a success. The best thing about these tacos is that the ingredients are very easy to obtain and are inexpensive. For these Creamy Chicken Tacos we use a chipotle sauce with panela cheese that gives a very rich and original touch to this Mexican recipe.

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 Cup of chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander
  • 1 piece of cream cheese
  • 3 spoonfuls of Chile chipotle milled
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 9 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • enough of oil to fry
  • 1/2 Cup of lettuce cut into strips, to serve
  • 3 spoonfuls of sour cream to serve
  • 1/2 Cup of Panela cheese crumbled, to serve
  • 1/2 piece of avocado in cubes, to serve
  • 1 piece of radish in thin slices, to serve
  • enough of sauce To accompany

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix the chicken with the purple onion, garlic powder, cilantro, cream cheese, chipotle ground, salt and pepper until integrated. Set aside.
    Heat the tortillas in a comal and fill with the chicken mixture. Roll in the shape of a taco and, if necessary, secure with a toothpick.
    Fry your tacos with oil in a pan over medium heat until browning. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve with the lettuce, cream, cheese, avocado, radish and accompany with the sauce of your choice.

    Serve with lettuce, cream, cheese, avocado, radish, and red sauce. Accompany with refried beans. Enjoy

    TIPS

    To ensure that your tacos are crispy, verify that the temperature of your oil is between 180 and 200 °C. ( 356°F and ( 392°F))
