  • 1 tablespoon beef bouillon, or 1 cube
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 kilo beef steak, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups mushroom, finely sliced
  • 1 cup cambray onion, slices
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped to garnish
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

LICUATE the ingredients of the sauce.
FRY in a pan with the butter the onions of chambray to brown, add the meat, let cook until it is completely sealed, in the end add the mushrooms and salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
POUR sauce to the previous and cook on low heat for 15 min.
SERVE hot and garnish with chopped parsley
