Crepes Filled with Chicken with Alfredo Sauce

Prepare this salty dish of chicken-filled crepes with a delicious flavor of bacon, spinach and a touch of nutmeg, accompanied by the delicious sauce Prego® Alfredo Estilo Casero, gratinated with Manchego cheese.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups white onion, filleted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Prego® Salsa Alfredo Estilo Casero
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until the fat is loose, add the onion, garlic, spinach, chicken, season with nutmeg and salt to your liking, finish with Parmesan cheese. Reserve the fill.
In a deep container place a layer of crepes, filled with the previous preparation, add Prego® sauce Alfredo Estilo Casero, repeat the same process to form several layers. Finish with Manchego cheese and arrange the tomatoes.
Gratin in the oven for 10 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a bit of arugula and cherry jitomatitos.
