Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, in fajitas
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1 bag fried potato, marinated, crushed to bread
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour Great Value®
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Great Value® canola oil
  • 2/3 cups Water
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cups onion stalk, chopped into slices

Preparation

Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs with French fries and oregano. Reservation.
Beat the chicken strips with flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Spend a second time for egg and bread mixture so that they are well breaded.
Heat the oil in a deep skillet over high heat, and fry the chicken until it is brown and cooked inside. Drain on absorbent paper.
For the sauce, in a pot over medium heat heat the water with the ketchup sauce, the vinegar, the soy, the sugar and the salt. Cook 5 minutes or until lightly thickened.
Bathe the chicken strips with the sauce and mix well to cover completely. Sprinkle the chamomile onion stems and serve.
