Try these delicious steamed cured tacos, accompanied by mozzarella cheese and a spicy green sauce. They are very rich since the cecina is a meat that has a lot of flavor and that is complemented by the refried beans that these tacos carry. Try them you will love them.

Ingredients

24 portions
  • 500 grams jerky , cut into strips
  • 24 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cups refried beans
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups green sauce

Preparation

Cut aluminum foil and wax paper in pictures; 24 pieces. Cook the meat in a pan until it is golden brown.
Stack a piece of aluminum foil, a piece of waxed paper and an omelet. Add the beans, meat and cheese. Roll the tortillas, making a taco and wrap them tightly with baking paper and aluminum foil. Place the tacos in a steamer.
Cook the tacos at medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. or until the cheese melts, and they are completely hot. Remove the paper to the studs. Serve with the sauce to taste.

TIPS

You can use cecina enchilada or mix both types of jerky.
