Curry Chicken with White Rice

If you are a fan of spices this chicken with curry is ideal to prepare any day of the week. Try these juicy chicken pieces combined with white rice and an intense curry sauce full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of coconut oil divided into two
  • 1 piece of chicken breast without bone, without skin and cut in cubes
  • 2 cloves of Garlic chopped
  • 1/8 of piece of onion chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of curry powder yellow
  • 1 Cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut cream
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of basmanti rice white, to serve
  • to taste of coriander leaf to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pan add a little coconut oil and seal the chicken, cook until the cubes are brown.
    On the other hand, cook the onion and garlic with a little more coconut oil, add the curry, the coconut milk, the coconut cream and let reduce for 10 minutes. Integrate the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
    Serve hot, accompany with basmati white rice and garnish with fresh coriander. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION
