Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, and without skin
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Margarina Primavera® Cooking with Salt
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 2 potatoes, in medium cubes
  • 2 carrots, peeled and in pieces
  • 1 tomtato, in large cubes
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cubes Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth

Preparation

Season the chicken with black pepper on both sides.
Melt the Margarine Primavera® in a saucepan and fry the garlic with the onion. Once browned, add the chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides.
Add the vegetables and the bay leaf. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Pour the water, the cubes of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and wait for it to boil.
Cover the pot and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
To serve.

TIPS

Make sure that the vegetables are the same size to ensure even cooking.
